1 . Do you operate every day?
Yes, we operate daily except for Thanksgiving, Christmas day and New Years day.

2. Do you operate on a rainy day?
Of course we do; Fortunately, San Diego has one of the lowest precipitation rates in the country. During raining days you can ride in the lower deck of our bus if you don’t want to get wet. If it rains we will give you a free poncho.

3. Do I have to book in advance?
No, you do not need to book in advance. However, by booking ahead online you can save money and save time when you arrive.

4. Where can I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets onboard, online, by phone or at our main terminal at 2415 San Diego Ave. at Old Town.

5. Do you accept credit cards or travelers checks for payment?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and travel checks.

6 . What time do your buses depart?
We offer different schedules according to the season; however, we try to keep a departure every 30 minutes from Old Town. For other locations, give us a call or download our current tour schedule here.

7. Where can I join the tour?
All tours depart from Old Town San Diego at 2415 San Diego Ave. at the Visitor Information Center, Monday to Sundays. You can catch us at any of our convenient locations:

8. How long does the tour last?
Loop last 1 hour each.

9. What does 2 day pass valid ticket mean?
It means that your ticket is valid for 2 days. You can hop on and hop off the bus in any of our stops for 2 days!!! This applies only to the bus and not to the Ferry.

10. Do I have to specify a date for traveling while buying online?
Yes, but we will ask you to specify a tour date for internal control. You can change this date at any time, without penalty by calling 619-296-2400.

11. What age qualifies for a Child ticket?
A child ticket is for ages 4-12. Children 3 and under are free, but may need to ride on your lap if the seats are full.

12. Are children less than a year old allowed on the Tour?
Yes, but bus sits don’t have seat belts and therefore child seats are not possible to use.

13. What is the seating capacity of your bus?
The double-deckers seats around 70 passengers.

14. Do your buses cross the Coronado Bridge?
No, but as part of our sightseeing tour we include the bay ferry to go to Coronado. From the ferry you will get the best view of San Diego and the Coronado bridge. Ferry tickets are sold on our double-decker bus, please ask our tour guide.

15. Does the tour ticket include entrance to any of the Attractions?
No, our ticket does not include entrance to any attractions; However, we offer value packages (Tour + Attraction). Value packages are the best deals and are for online buyers only.

16. How will I know where to get off?
Your driver will point out all of the sights and stops and will give you instructions on how and where to get on and off the bus.

17. Do you have discount rates for Groups?
Yes, we have discounts for groups. Our biggest discounts are with bookings in advance. If you have a large group, please call us at 619-296-2400.

19. How long is my Ticket good for?
Your ticket is valid for 2 days from the time of first use.

20. How can I rent a double-decker or another bus for my group or special event?
