Our bus is named in honour of the Beatles' song of the same name released in 1967. Our bus was built in 1980 and was used in active service on the British Public Transport System, in Liverpool, between 1980 and 1990. After service in Liverpool, it was transported to London and used in the capital's streets until 1995. From 1995 to 2005 it started its tourism career in London before coming to City Sightseeing San Diego.
