eTicket Refund
Customers that have purchased tickets online and have been redeemed for bus tickets onboard are required to mail their used or unused ticket(s) with a brief explanation to the address given above.

Refund requests for an eTicket that has not been redeemed for bus tickets, must be submitted though an eTicket Refund Request to refunds@citysightseeing-sd.com

Refunds on purchases older than 90 days cannot be credited back to a credit card. Refunds will be made by check and mailed to the customer.
